RAIMZEAL Shop policies: shipping, returns and privacy
Items are sold by RAIMZEAL Health Foundation, Inc., a Georgia nonprofit corporation, and printed on demand by Printful. Purchases are not tax-deductible.
Shipping is $6.95 for the first item and $2.00 for each additional item within the United States, and $15.95 plus $4.00 per additional item to Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, most of western Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya and South Africa. Production takes 2 to 7 business days.
Damaged, misprinted or wrong items are replaced free within 30 days of delivery, or refunded in full. Parcels lost in the post are replaced. Because each item is printed to order we cannot accept returns for change of mind, but an order can be cancelled within one hour if it has not gone to print. Refunds are returned through Stripe within 5 to 10 business days.
Card details are handled by Stripe and never seen by the Foundation; your name and address go to Printful only to make and deliver the order. Nothing is sold or shared further. Questions: support@raimzeal.com.
